Why Community Groups
The Christian Life Was Never Meant to Be Lived Alone.
Scripture is full of "one another" commands that can't be obeyed from a distance — bear one another's burdens, encourage one another, confess your sins to one another. Aletheia's Community Groups exist to make that kind of life possible.
Smaller groups of adults gather each week to open Scripture together, pray for one another, and share life together — meals, hard days, and celebrations — all grounded in the truth that Jesus Christ is our greatest Treasure.
Whether you've walked with Jesus for decades or you're still sorting out what you believe, a Community Group is a place to learn the beauty and sufficiency of Scripture.
What to Expect
A Community Group is a small gathering of typically 8–12 people that meets weekly in a home around College Park and the surrounding area. We fellowship, talk through the text that was preached or the one that will be preached, and close in prayer for one another.
You're welcome to come and simply listen — there's no pressure to speak, pray out loud, or have it all figured out. Bring a friend, bring your kids, or come on your own.
When & Where
Groups meet on different nights throughout the week in homes around College Park and the surrounding area. Specific days, times, and locations are listed below.
